Delivery with Lalamove!

1. Order preparation time: 1-2 working days
2. Same day delivery is not allowed.
3. Delivery Day: Monday - Friday (Saturday, Sunday & Public Holiday closed)
4. Delivery Time: 11am - 4pm 
5. Order cut-off time: 3pm (all orders received after 3pm will need extra one day for order preparation)
6. Buyer shall provide correct delivery address to avoid misdeliver.
7. Buyer shall provide correct contact number to allowed our customer service to contact buyer when the order is ready to be deliver.
8. Buyer shall be at the delivery destination on that particular delivery day and should pickup rider's call to avoid misdeliver.
9. Cima Lighting will not be responsible for any undelivered / returned parcel due to buyer not available at delivery destination / wrong address given.
10. All undelivered / returned parcel due to buyer not available at delivery destination / wrong address given are not allowed for refund, delivery will be reschedule.
11. The return, and resend shipping fee will be borne by the buyer for all undelivered / returned parcel due to buyer not available at delivery destination / wrong address given.
